01Is the store closed?+
Yes. The last run ended Sunday, October 4 at midnight Central. Licensing reasons. Thank you for over 10,000 orders.
02I ordered during the last run. When does it ship?+
Over 1,800 orders came in during the last run, and we pack every one by hand, in the order it was placed. Because of that volume it’s taking longer than usual: most orders ship within about 4 weeks, from the USA. The moment yours ships you get an email with the tracking link.
03How do I track my order?+
Use the form above with your order number and the email or phone number you ordered with. You can also tap the tracking link in your shipping email.
04The tracker says my items have not shipped.+
That’s normal. It means your order is still in line to be packed. Orders go out in the order they came in, and once the label is made the tracker shows the carrier and every scan.
05I need to change my address.+
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, email ceo@starkagune.com with your order number and the full correct address, and we’ll update it before it goes out.
06Something is wrong with my order.+
Email ceo@starkagune.com with your order number within 30 days of delivery and we make it right. Clearance does not mean final sale.
07Can I still place an order?+
No. The doors are closed and nothing restocks. Every order placed before midnight on October 4 still ships.
08Are these compatible with the bricks I already own?+
Yes. Standard minifigure scale and standard studs, so they stand on the same plates and baseplates as the sets you already have.
09Where do I hear from you now?+
