Shipping Policy

Here is exactly what happens after you hit checkout. No vague estimates, no surprises at the door.

Free shipping over $75

Orders over $75 ship free, automatically, with no code needed. Under $75, a flat calculated rate is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are packed and dispatched within about 2 business days. We do not ship on weekends or holidays, and during a major drop a high volume of orders can add a day or two. If anything causes a real delay, we email you directly.

Transit time

Once dispatched, allow roughly 4 to 5 working days in transit, depending on where you are. Every order ships tracked through FedEx, DHL, or another trusted courier.

Tracking your order

You get a shipment confirmation email the moment your order leaves us, with your tracking number. Tracking normally goes live within 24 to 48 hours of that email, once the carrier scans your parcel in.

Customs, duties, and taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees charged by your country are set by your local customs office and are the customer's responsibility. They are not included in your order total and are outside our control.

If it arrives damaged

Collectibles are fragile and, on rare occasions, a courier is rough with a parcel. If your order turns up damaged, we will make it right. Photograph the packaging and the item, keep everything, and email us within 48 hours at ceo@starkagune.com. Full details are in our Return Policy.
