SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within approximately 2 business days. Please allow an additional 4–5 working days for transit. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow extra time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.
Delivery time may vary depending on your location. Upon confirmation of your order, we will provide a tracking code from FedEx, DHL, or another trusted courier service. Please note that delivery delays may occasionally occur.
SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has shipped. This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24–48 hours.
CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES
Star Kagune is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied to your order. All charges incurred during or after shipping (such as tariffs and taxes) are the responsibility of the customer.
DAMAGES
Star Kagune is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim. Be sure to retain all packaging materials and damaged items before initiating a claim.
